Only gave five stars as wrong size in shoes sent in the right size of shoes box but I’m really being a bit picky. Little bit of a mix up in getting shoes replaced for the correct size but can’t fault the customer service person Jamie who guided me through the process and was very prompt with replies and solutions. Just waiting on replacement to arrive but have loved other items I have bought from Trespass shops and will continue to buy their products.

Not happy with my initial purchase, changed without fuss, fully reimbursed and a suitable alternative bought in store.

Customer service team are great. I had cause to return a pair of walking shoes that had started to leak, and they helped me to sort out the physical return and then chase up the refund when the shoes seemed to go off course on their way back to them! All happily sorted in the end. Each advisor I communicated with electronically was courteous and positive in attitude and committed to problem solving.

Amazing staff always there to help, great customer service and excellent with dogs in store. Will definitely be back. Thanks girls

I wanted to exchange an item, but there was no stock online.
I went into my local store (at Craigleith in Edinburgh) to ask for help. The guy behind the desk - Frank - was absolutely brilliant! He searched other stores for the item, found one near where he lives, volunteered to pick it up personally, and I had it the next morning!
Sooooooo impressed. Hope Trespass appreciate such a wonderful team member.

Trail shoes turned out to be a damp squib and not water resistant enough for walking in the park. Store changed first pair no fuss.
I contacted Customer service centrally the second time.
Again great service. I was instructed how to return which I did. I got full refund. Only improvement is huge number of service tickets when launching issue but nothing for 28 days after I returned shoes. After chasing I as told refund already sent (coincidentally on day I chased)
So almost perfect service. certainly would still buy there again, but perhaps not waterproof footwear.

I have an efficient and prompt service to my purchase queries. Jamie and Stephan have been helpful and courteous in the manner they have handled my transactions details and I was reassured by them by resolving my queries. Brilliant work, I could have been more satisfied with the results.

Staff in Leicester store were unhelpful and laughed at myself and my partner while we were trying on clothes.

The two ladies manning the store did nothing to help and sat behind their desk giggling at us while we tried to find what we wanted and tried things on. Made my partner quite upset.

My husband and myself visited trespass in Hornsea Freeport’s yesterday afternoon. My husband chose a zip front top priced at £22.49. When he went to pay the man on the counter said it had been marked up wrong and told him if he wanted it he would have to pay the full price otherwise he would refuse to sell it to him. My husband showed him that the whole rail was priced up at £22.49. The man who claimed he was the manager said he wasn’t selling the garment to him and that was the end of it and if he wanted to report him then go and do it. There were other people in the shop and after we had left a couple approached us and said they too had walked out and couldn’t believe how rude he was. Had he apologised about the mistake in pricing then we would have accepted the mistake and purchased at the higher price but his attitude was awful. We took a photo of the rail of tops showing the price and the said manager just laughed and said you’ve taken a photo of a half zip, I can assure you that the rail was a mix of half and full zips at the same price. I am unable to attach the photo but could send it by email if required. There was no reason for such a bad attitude from the onset. We are a couple in our 60s and don’t expect this sort of behaviour from someone who is paid to deal with the public in a courteous manner. Very disappointing.

Fabulous service ! I had a problem with a return item . It was very quickly resolved and followed up .
Will definitely shop with them again ! Also the sandals I ordered are fabulous value for money !
